By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
LoveDating.ai provides an AI persona engine platform that enables users to interact with AI characters possessing defined personalities, conversation memory, and behavioral patterns. The Service includes AI character interactions via Telegram and other supported channels, conversation memory and continuity features, multi-language support, and related tools and APIs.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You agree not to: attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the AI persona definitions; use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes; attempt to manipulate AI characters through prompt injection or jailbreaking; generate, distribute, or store content that exploits minors; impersonate other individuals or entities; interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
All AI persona definitions, system prompts, and platform technology are proprietary to LoveDating.ai. You retain ownership of your conversation content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of providing the Service.
AI character responses are generated by artificial intelligence and do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise). AI characters are fictional entities. While they exhibit personality and memory, they are not sentient beings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoveDating.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@lovedating.ai.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
